Full papers can be prepared after the abstracts are accepted. Papers have to be written using the conference full paper template, which can be downloaded from this page. The maximum length of a paper is 10 pages. Other formats will not be accepted.
Acceptance/Rejection of full papers will be sent according to the established dates.
Acceptance of papers for presentation is conditioned upon receiving the final version of the contribution and the payment of the presenting author’s conference registration fee during the advance period.
Contributions will be included in the conference proceedings only if the author’s registration requirements are fulfilled.
Technical details for oral presentations:
Selected papers will be chosen for presentation. All technical sessions have a projector, laptop PC, laser pointer and a projection screen. Presentation files, which are created in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) or Microsoft Power Point, must be submitted in advance.
