Authors are invited to submit individual contributions on any of the conference themes. Authors have to define which technical session their paper belong to. All registrations and submissions of abstracts should be done via the internet. Registration, submission of abstracts, and submissions of final contributions (after submission has been accepted) should be done electronically.
Abstracts have to be prepared in one full A4 page with 400 - 500 words, according to the sample provided in this page. Abstracts with results summarized in figures and tables are encouraged. Authors are asked to send their papers in MS WORD format. Other formats will not be accepted.
Acknowledgement of receipt of abstract
The receipt of an abstract will be acknowledged automatically via e-mail. The preliminary program will be posted on the conference website few months prior to the conference.
Acceptance/Rejection of abstracts will be sent according to the established dates.
