    After completing your registration payment by bank/wire transfer, you are required to scan the payment receipt and send a scanned PDF file to the Secretariat at support@geotechn.vn.

    Note that the registrant is in charge of transfer fee (if any). For registrants paying in Vietnam Dong (VND), please refer to the exchange rates of USD at Vietcombank at the transfer time.

NOTES

Two-day full benefit packages

Conference registration fee covers a book of abstracts, E-proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, closing banquet and pre-conference technical tour.


Early Registration - $400: Before Jun 15, 2026.

Normal Registration - $450: From Jun 16, 2026.

For authors of accepted papers - $350: An accepted paper will only be published in the E-proceedings if at least one of the authors fulfils the payment of registration fee before June 30, 2026.

For Vietnamese students - $50: An enrolled student must submit a document certifying his/her student’s status.

For group registration - 20% discount: Applicable to groups of at least four people who belong to one organization or are co-authors of one paper.

For young scientists - F R E E:

• Applied to first authors of accepted papers and younger than 35 years (born after November 26, 1991), and are in the list of 100 young scientists approved by the organzing committee.

• If a young author representatively pays the registration fee (before June 30, 2026) and attends the conference, the fee will be refunded by cash on site or bank transfer.


One-day full benefit packages

Day 1 (Nov 26, 2026) - $50: Applied to all attendees.
