Information
Participants are encouraged to register and pay online via the conference website or by sending a registration form to the conference supporting email at support@geotechn.vn before December 14, 2023. For participants who have some difficulties in paying the registration fees via bank transfer or credit card in your countries, you are welcome to pay the fees by cash at the conference venue.

GEOTEC HANOI 2026 Conference will take place on November 26-27, 2026 at the National Convention Center (NCC), Hanoi, Vietnam.
Yes, registrations are accepted onsite, however we encourage you to register early and pay online (on the Conference Registration Portal) to receive the best rate.
Conference registration fee covers a book of abstracts, E-proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, closing banquet and pre-conference technical tour.

After completing registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration information. Please contact the Secretariat at support@geotechn.vn in case you do not receive this confirmation email.
Registration fee may be transferred to another colleagues in your company or institute or a co-author of the accepted paper. Requests for the transfer of registration fee must be made in writing to the Secretariat at support@geotechn.vn before November 20, 2026.
If you paid the registration fee but cannot attend the conference and would like to get the fee refunded, the policy of refund is as follows:

Please be noted that all cancellation requests must be sent in writing to the Secretariat at support@geotechn.vn. After receiving your cancellation confirmed email, the Secretariat will check and refund the paid fee following the policy above.
- The cancellation dates are based on Vietnam Standard Time GMT+7.
- The registration fee is refunded after deduction of the necessary expenses that have already been incurred.
In case of force majeure, which is beyond our control, such as a war, strike, riot, crime (like terror actions), fire, hurricane, flooding, earthquake, volcanic eruption, sudden epidemics, etc., the event has to be cancelled and the fee is nonrefundable.
For the paper to be published in the E-proceedings, at least one author (the first or any representative) should register and pay registration fee of $350 before June 30, 2026 (after the acceptance of full paper).
If the presenting co-author is a student, he/she must send a soft copy of valid student ID card (or any proof of her/his student status) issued by his/her college/university to email support@geotechn.vn right after completing his/her registration process.
Credit card processing problems are generally caused by a mismatch in the billing address of the credit card holder. Check that the address entered matches the billing address listed with your credit card provider or contact your credit card provider to authorize the charge.
