Paper Submission

Abstract Submission

The Authors invited to submit abstracts by November 30, 2025. The abstracts should not exceed 300 words written in English. Note that, for the abstracts, the authors are not required to upload a file of abstract to the system. All information of an abstract (e.g., title, authors’ information, abstract content) can be copied and pasted directly into the corresponding fields in the system.

Full Paper Submission

The authors of accepted abstracts are invited to submit full papers by May 30, 2026.

The full papers should have a maximum length of 10 pages and are required to prepare by using the template given here.

Publication

The accepted full papers will be published as an E-proceedings in the series of Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering of Springer, which is indexed in Scopus. A hardcover book of abstracts with full papers of keynote and invited speakers will be printed and delivered to the participants.

Please note that an accepted paper will only be published in the conference proceedings if at least one of the authors fulfils the payment of registration fee before September 30, 2026
