Geotechnics for Sustainable
Infrastructure Development
GEOTEC HANOI 2013 was the second in a series of conference on Geotechnics for Sustainable Development. The international conference organised by FECON CORPORATION (Vietnam), Vietnamese Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering VSSMGE (Vietnam), in cooperation with Asian Institute of Technology AIT (Thailand) was held on 28-29 November 2013, in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Among the conference highlights were the six keynote-lectures given by Prof. Sven Hansbo from Sweden, Prof. Kenji Ishihara and Dr. Hiroshi Yoshida from Japan, Prof. Harry G. Poulos from Australia, Prof. Pieter A. Vermeer from the Netherlands, Prof. Alain Guilloux from France.
