Important Dates

Abstract submission

Please submit your extended abstracts to the Conference Management System  before January 31, 2023.

The extended abstracts, including name of authors, affiliation, and email address, should not exceed 500 words (or one A4 page) written in English. The abstract template and submission guideline are given beside.

All abstracts will be evaluated on the basis of originality, significance, clarity and scientific contribution by the Scientific Committee of GH2023. Accepted abstracts will be notified through your personal emails and account on abstract submission.

Full paper submission

Please submit your full paper through the Conference Management System before May 30, 2023.

The full papers must be prepared following the template of the conference given below. The accepted full papers will be published as an E-proceedings in the series of Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering of Springer, which is indexed in Scopus. A hardcover book of abstracts with full papers of keynote and invited speakers will be printed and delivered to participants.

Please note that an accepted paper will only be published in the conference proceedings if at least one of the authors fulfils the payment of registration fee before September 30, 2023

BRIEF STATISTICS OF ABSTRACTS SUBMITTED TO GH2023

ABSTRACTS BY THEME

Up to the deadline of the abstract submission (January 31, 2023), the conference received more than 280 abstracts from 41 countries of the five continents. The number of abstracts received for GEOTEC HANOI 2023 (GH2023) increased 15% compared with that for the last conference (GH2019). Fig.1 highlights the percentage of abstracts received for each theme of the conference.

ABSTRACTS BY CONTINENT

Fig. 2 shows the percentage of abstracts submitted by each continent. Compared with the last conference (GH2019), the conference this year marks a significant increment of abstracts from Europe and Americas.

AUTHORS BY COUNTRY

The total of number of authors in the abstracts is over 800 from 41 countries. Fig. 3 shows the percentage of author number from each country. Remarkably, the largest percentage of author number is from Vietnam, followed by Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, India, Germany, the UK, and others.
