II. Company introduction
FECON Invest was established on 18 December 2013 as the investment arm of FECON Group. In 2021, following the restructuring of the Group’s investment activities, the company was renamed FECON Invest and became the focal point for managing and implementing investment projects.
Vision: To become a reputable investor in industrial real estate, satellite urban developments, underground infrastructure and TOD-oriented railway developments.

From its establishment to 2025, FECON Invest developed its business across Industrial Real Estate, Urban Real Estate, TOD-oriented developments, Transportation Infrastructure, and Renewable Energy projects. Since 2025, the Company has refined its strategy to focus on three strategic investment pillars: Industrial Real Estate, Underground Infrastructure & TOD-oriented Railway Development, and Satellite Urban Real Estate.
Key Achievements: In 2025, FECON Invest achieved revenue of VND 590.7 billion and profit after tax of VND 176.8 billion, while continuing to expand its portfolio of industrial, urban, TOD and infrastructure investment projects.
III. Technologies, products, or services
1. Industrial Real Estate Development: Development and operation of industrial parks and industrial clusters, including Hoa Yen Industrial Park, Danh Thang–Doan Bai Industrial Cluster and other strategic projects in Northern Vietnam.
2. TOD (Transit-Oriented Development): Development of integrated urban projects associated with rail and transport infrastructure.
3. Urban Real Estate Development: Mixed-use urban developments, social housing projects and satellite urban areas, including FECON Square City Urban Area and Van Xuan Social Housing Project in Thai Nguyen.
4. Infrastructure & Energy Investment: Investment in transportation infrastructure, renewable energy and underground infrastructure projects.
