Vinh Hung collaborates with Maccaferri in technology transfer to localize the manufacturing of slope stabilization solutions at the Vinh Hung DT factory.
Maccaferri’s slope stabilization and surface erosion control solutions have been implemented by Vĩnh Hưng across numerous major infrastructure projects throughout Vietnam, demonstrating their proven performance and advantages, including the Hanoi-Ho Chi Minh City Railway, Son La Bypass, Mai Son-National Highway 45 Expressway, Ha Long-Van Don Expressway, Van Don-Tien Yen Expressway, and Quy Nhon-Chi Thanh Expressway, among others.

Vinh Hung and Maccaferri deliver comprehensive stabilization solutions for complex infrastructure and geotechnical challenges
- Slope Stabilization & Rockfall Protection: Comprehensive safety solutions for slopes and infrastructure, designed to mitigate rockfall, shallow landslides, and debris flows. Key solutions include the Steelgrid® HR high-strength mesh system combined with anchors, flexible rockfall barriers, and MacMat® surface erosion control systems (MacMat®, MacMat® HS).
- Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) Solutions: Engineered retaining wall systems designed to reinforce and stabilize challenging terrain while combining structural integrity, aesthetic appeal, and application flexibility. Depending on project requirements, solutions can include mechanically stabilized earth walls, retaining walls, and environmentally friendly vegetated reinforced slopes. With a design service life of up to 120 years, these solutions provide long-term stability and optimized whole-life cost performance. Key products include the mechanically stabilized earth walls with concrete facing using high-strength polymer geosynthetic reinforcement strips ParaWeb®, reinforced soil walls with Terramesh®, and Green Terramesh® vegetated reinforced slope systems.
