Cancellation Policy

When you expect to cancel your registered booths, please notify the exhibition team (by fax, email, or document) and your cancellation is subjected to the following:

  • $400 cancellation fee for notification before and on July 15th, 2023;
  • No refund for notification after July 15th, 2023.

GEOTEC HANOI 2023 will reserve the right to declare the assigned space canceled and the right to rent to another Applicant, or to eliminate, or to maintain vacant the canceled exhibit space without obligation to the original.
